Cancellation Policy

At Cleo’s Cleaning Co., we strive to provide a seamless and reliable cleaning service for all our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your booking. To maintain efficiency and fairness for both our clients and our team, the following cancellation policy applies. 1. Client Cancellations 1.1 Cancellation Notice & Fees Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment – A full refund will be issued, or the payment can be transferred to a future booking with no penalty. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the appointment – 50% of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment – No refund will be issued, as our team has already allocated time and resources for your service. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, clients must contact us directly via phone or email to process the request. 1.2 Contract Cleaning Clients For clients under a contract cleaning agreement, cancellation terms will be outlined in the signed service contract. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation charge, as specified in the agreement. 2. No-Show Policy If our team arrives at the property at the scheduled time and is unable to gain access due to the absence of the client or restricted entry, the booking will be considered a no-show. In this instance: 100% of the booking fee will be charged, with no refund issued. A new booking will be required should the cleaning service still be needed. To avoid this, we kindly ask that clients ensure access is provided as agreed at the time of booking. 3. Company Cancellations In the rare event that Cleo’s Cleaning Co. must cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will: Provide as much notice as possible. Offer an alternative date and time that suits the client’s availability. Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible. Our commitment is to minimise disruption while ensuring the highest level of service. 4. How to Cancel Your Appointment Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 48 hours must be made directly via phone or email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
